Friendly and helpful without being pushy. I had a lot of questions, ( as I haven’t purchased a car for many years) all of which were answered respectfully and with a great deal of patience.

I had an incredible experience with Croydon Wholesalers, as a student buying my first car! it couldn't have been a more efficient, helpful, supportive, and easy experience. The team made me feel welcome, especially Graeme and Glenn - in answering any of my questions, showing me the ropes of my chosen car, and helping me choose the perfect first car for myself, whilst ticking to my tight student budget and lifetime savings! I really felt valued as a customer and was grateful to recieve ORC inclusive, as I was already using more of my original purchase to secure a newer, valuable and safe car - which I now love driving! They were very quick to get it superbly cleaned, serviced, registered, etc and I drove away with a brand new looking/smelling car! I have pure confidence in the safety of my car, and the amazing long-term relationship I hope to keep with Croydon...hopefully oneway when I upgrade. But I have faith my little blue Toyota Passo will last me good 10 years, or longer! She runs smoothly, many thanks. I have limited mechanical knowledge so wanted to buy from a dealer who was I felt was trustworthy and wasn’t just looking for a sale at any cost.
